Location
You can find us in the hart of the city, surrounded by magnificent Old Town. Historic Pärnu downtown is defined by its main walking street, Rüütli tänav (Knight Street). The 400-metre stretch of the street between Ringi and Vee, and a few streets that branch off from here, are home to a hodge-podge of intriguing buildings dating from the 17th to the 20th centuries.
Our historic UTTOPÄRT Family’s building dated from 1875 and is located at Rüütli 28, Pärnu. Studio 28 Boutique Rooms entrance is at Pühavaimu street, a few steps from Pärnu’s Rüütli walking street and Siluett the Estonian fashion store.

Parkimine
Parim parkimiskoht on Pikk tn. ja Rüütli tn. vaheline Pühavaimu tänavalõik. Pane tähele, et Pärnu vanalinn on tasuline parkimisala E-L kell 08.00 kuni 19.00. Ühe päeva tasu on €10. Pühapäeval ja riiklikel pühadel on parkimine TASUTA.

NB! Parkimiskell, samuti fikseeritud parkimise algusajaga täidetud paberileht, võimaldab Pärnu vanalinnas TASUTA parkida kuni 1 tund. Sobilik näiteks oma pagasi tuppa viimiseks..
Parkimispiletiga parkimine:
Pileteid saate osta R KIOSKist. Lähim asub Pärnu Bussijaamas Pikk 13, meist 350m kaugusel. Asetage pilet auto armatuurlaual nähtavale kohale.
Mobiilne parkimine:
Parkimise alustamiseks kasutage PARGI.ee äppi või saatke sõnum oma auto nr. ja parkimistsooni nimetusega PVANALINN60 (näiteks: 123ABC PVANALINN60) numbrile 1902. Lõpetamiseks helistage 1903.

Studio 28 Boutique Rooms are located in a paid Central Town area called VANALINN (in force Mon-Sat 08:00-19:00). The Fee is € 10 per 1 day. You can buy the parking tickets at R KIOSK. The nearest is in Pärnu Coach Station, about 350m from us. Parking is FREE on Sundays and public holidays.

NB! You can park in a paid area 1 hour for FREE always, if you are using a Disc Parking Clock on your car dashboard or you can just write on a notepaper the time that you started parking there. For example, it’s good to carry your luggage to your room…
For Motorbike Travellers we have a free parking space for 2 bikes in our inner courtyard.
In the summertime Pärnu Beach Area also is a paid parking zone called RANNA (in force june 1 until august 31).
